Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for visiting our store. We strive to give our customer the best prices with free shipping. With that in mind, we do have our shipping policy. Please read our shipping policy before you place an order with us.
1. In order to minimize undeliverable orders, please give us a valid address.
2. If the shipping address is an apartment, please make sure that an individual mail box for that unit number is available. And it is safe to ship to the apartment.
3. You will be given a tracking number once we ship your item(s). Please track your package by checking the tracking number online. It is either usps.com (for small items like Zippos or pocket knives) or ups.com (large items like swords). Please make sure that someone will be available to receive the package.
4. If the address is undeliverable, we will have to deduct shipping charges from the total in your refund.
5. Customers must pay for the return shipping on all returned items. We will pay for exchange shipping back to the customers.
6. We charge 20% restocking fee if you change your mind and don't want the item. The item returned must be in its original condition and packaging, not used. The 20% restocking fee to offset labor cost, shipping supplies, postage for shipping to you and credit card transaction fees.
7. If you no longer wish to purchase the item, please cancel the order before we ship it out.
8. If you place separate orders with the same shipping address, we will combine ship all items in one package.
9. For certain countries, we will have to ship using registered mail based on our discretion. Registered mail travels in lock box and it is the safest way to ship. Registered mail can take at least one month. These countries are usually in South America, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia, part of Asia except Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan.
10. You may return the Zippo if you find the Zippo is defective. We will send it to Zippo company. If Zippo company finds the problem is due to misuse, we will have to charge 50% restocking fee when we refund you. If the Zippo is indeed defective in nature, then we will give you full refund.
11. You may return other items other than Zippo if you find it defective. We will determine if the defect is due to quality issue or misuse. If the defect is due to misuse, we will have to charge 50% restocking fee when we refund you. If the defect is quality issue, then we will give you full refund.
12. For express mail (next day shipping), signature is required. So please be sure someone will be at the shipping address to sign for it.
